Hey Liz, I get it online. Cheap Joes carries it. Yupo is a plastic "paper"----not really paper at all. Because it is so slick, the watercolor just runs all over the place unless you use really thick application of paint.

Hi Donna, Just read your bio. Very impressive. We live in the sticks and our art materials are horrendously expensive so please tell me......What is YUPO?? Can't find it here. I still love this painting of yours.
