Thanks, Karen, Marsha, Marsha, and Ana Marie. I use mostly Transparent watercolors and many, many hours of layers and layers of them. In the last few years I have concentrated on using transparent colors so they work "together" so as not to produce muddy colors, but instead shimmering, glowing colors.

Donna,This is a real true beautiful painting of a Rose. I keep trying. The colors are marvelous. It looks so real with the sun on it,drying out the painted amazing water drops.
