Description
This is my third painting of 2012 and is another experiment with the use of the Daniel Smith brand of watercolor paints. They are bold, concentrated, and extremely nice to work with. This particular piece is another attempt to create an interesting composition with tulips. The original is painted with Daniel Smith watercolor paints on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper and is approximately 13.75"x9.75" in size.

This is so wonderful, Ken...makes me yearn even more so for Spring! I like how your pinks/reds go from pale to dark across the image....very nice touch.
